Hi all, I plan to inject pimonidazole (MedChemExpress, HY-105129A) intravenously into mice, then collect tissues, fix them in formalin, and prepare paraffin-embedded sections. However, I’m unsure about the best way to identify pimonidazole signals in the tissue slides. Should I use a specific staining protocol or antibody for detection? Any recommendations or tips for optimizing the identification of hypoxic regions would be greatly appreciated.
