I am using a Central Composite Design (CCD) for my response surface methodology in a CFD study using ANSYS Fluent. However, a reviewer has pointed out that my experimental design contains several repetitive runs, which Fluent solves identically, meaning no new results are produced compared to experimental work. Has anyone faced a similar issue when designing experiments for CFD? What is the best way to ensure statistical validity while avoiding redundant runs in Fluent simulations? Any suggestions on redesigning my experiment?
