You should define temperature as an initial condition, at which you want to get results.(ex. 35 deg), so that solver will calculate respective WLF factors and shift your master curve.

Thank you very much for your help dhruvil. As I mentioned already, the reference temperature at which the dynamic modulus test was carried out was at 21 deg. All the data was defined accordingly i.e. c1, c2 and theta_0 in the TRS data and the shear relaxation moduli data. But I don't know how to get the response of the material at a temperature other than 21 deg.

I wanted to say that, if you define your desired temperature like 100 deg as initial condition(at all domain nodes), solver will calculate new dynamic moduli based on your entered WLF constants i.e. c1, c2 and theta_0 in the TRS data and then you will get all your responses at 100 deg for example. 21 deg in your case is reference temperature at which test data has been carried out(which is in most cases Glass transition temperature)
