Assuming that you are talking about size of microstrip antenna, it could mean 1.34 x operating wave length( the wave length is obiviously c/f) of width, 1.32xoperating wave length of length the patch, and 0.014 x operating wave length of height of the substrate.
You need to calculate the operating wavelength first by using (λ=c/f) and multiply that with your required dimensions i.e., 1.34λ0 × 1.32λ0 × 0.014λ0 then you will get the dimension of your required antenna.
