Could you please help me to find the information about the list of drugs under the clinical trial for a given disease?
I know my question is vague but any closest answer would be helpful for me.
I have already tried clinicaltrials.gov, I can see individually but not as a list.

You can search in www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/search by key words like "heart disease and stroke".
In the ClinicalTrial.gov Database you can search only by "Condition or disease" and you will get a list of trials in this disease (entered by sponsors), but you have to check whether listed clinical trials investigate new medicinal products or this disease.
Additionally, in the EU Clinical trial Register (https://www.clinicaltrialsregister.eu/ctr-search/search)
, you can search using the term for a disease and after that you have to type only “AND therapy”, and you will get below the list of clinical trials in this disease/condition that you are interested in (with data on study title, sponsor name and medical condition) but only for trials/studies in the EU countries. Within study title you may find investigational product.
Furthermore, you may perform PubMed Database search (for published clinical trials) using the term for a disease and the term: clinical trial, but you have to check listed abstracts of published studies (especially the most recent) to find studies that are related to new medicinal products.
You can also use WHO's International Clinical Trials Registry Portal where they aggregate data from many registries. Link is given below
