I have an impact drop on the rigid surface problem in which I have to measure deformation in the dropped object after drop. Since my object is itself moving due to rebound after impact. I am unable to use U1, U2 or U3 filed output to measure displacement (deformation) because it provides output with respect to the fixed rigid surface. Is there any other way, by which, I can get displacement as output w.r.t to the base or top of the dropped object so that I can measure actual relative displacement (deformation) in the object?
