How to get nano flex of the order of 40-50 nano meter in UHV-STM quickly?

I am working on UHV-STM , I usually drop cast exfoliated TMD nano flex ( dispersed in alcohol) on a HOPG substrate. The problem is , the size of the nano flex are of the order of 40-50 nm where the substrate is a square of 5 mm. So I have to search for the nano flex blindly. Is there exist some other way which is not time consuming?

Adding a window to the UHV chamber is one of the better ways. Try to land near where the nano flex is.
