For wrought alloys soaking time at solutionizing temperature is determined by thickness .Do we have such standards for cast Al alloys

For aeronautical A356, there are recomendations from AMS or Aerospace Metals Handbook: 12 to 15 hours. In the A356 automotive wheels, times between 5 to 10 hours are used. The thickness has secondary importance. The main goal in the solutiuon treatment os Al-Si cast alloys is the Si phase esferoidization to maximize elongation.
