I took measurements of different concentrations of 15 nm and 5 nm Au nano particle solutions.
I'm trying to determine which concentration I measured gives the best reading overall. I also measured the gold ions as well in these measurements as they can interfere with silver in the ICP-MS. I'm a little lost with how to analyze the CPS vs time graphs to find what I'm looking for.

You need to interpolate calibration standards to find the linear portion of your response versus Au concentration. Then, in theory, all results within that linear portion should be robust. What is CPS?
