How to get correct band (S100A8) in western blot?

I have used 7 cell line (from left to right). THP1 is the positive control. I want to detect S100A8 protein (molecular weight ~11kda). My positive control cell line always give me exact band, but others cell line do not give me correct band at ~11kda. I would like to get some suggestion?

15% gel use for running.

Running time :1:20hr

Voltage use : 90v

Blocking :5% skim milk
