I need to get the sequence of this Ensembl regulatory element (ENSR00000624142). It should contain a binding site my TF of interest based on this website (http://www.genecards.org/cgi-bin/carddisp.pl?gene=GARS).
How to get the FASTA sequence for this part of the promoter? any clue?

I followed the first 2 steps till I got the genome browser in Ensembl. However, I have two questions.
1- How did you get step 3 out of step 2. Did you click on any active link on Ensembl genome browser from step 2 to get this FASTA link? I used the " Export data" link on the left and I was able to open a FASTA sequence the same as yours (NC_000007.14:30592202-30598199). Is this the proper way to get the FASTA sequence of the region of interest from the browser page? I attached a picture of this export data page
2- Is this sequence for the whole GARS gene, promoter, or for only the potential binding region in the promoter (ENSR00000624142)?
