Hello Everyone,
I facing a problem in my research work. To solve that problem I have to transfect the wild-type p53 cells A2780 with the vector containing missense mutant p53 (248). Can anyone please suggest me a supplier which can generate such kind of vectors or plasmids.

I would strongly suggest to you that you request a plasmid from labs that work on p53 mutants. Find a paper where your desired mutant p53 was expressed and then contact the corresponding author for plasmid. This will make sure that you have a correct construct with desired p53 mutation.
