You can use the rand () function which generates random numbers between 0-1.Multiply the resulted numbers by 100 and you will get the set of numbers including the unwanted values.Then through a for loop scan the values and save those that are not within the areas that you mentioned.

If the area of yellow rectangles is large (almost 100%), it might be better to divide the map into smaller squares and generate points for each one individually.

Roughly speaking, if the area of yellow is p (say 0.5 total), you need to generate $N / ( 1 - p) $ points.

where name is 1 of a distribution that takes a single( many) parameter(s) . Parameter(s) values for the distribution are given in A, B and c.

m, n,... or [m,n,...] are the size of matrix including random numbers.
