Use white noise block.

To further add to my previous answer, if you are aiming for a particular class of road (e.g. Class C from ISO8608) you can calculate the Power Spectral Density of the white noise input, and then scale the amplitude up/down to match the PSD from the real road.

At a vague guess I would start with white noise with an input amplitude of 30mm, and work from there.
