The cells can be sorted on their express of CD11b+, and 33+ with low HLA-DR - 14+(m)/15+(g). Others report CD11b+ and elevated Gr1+. Have a look at

Mouse MDSCs can be gated using CD11b, Ly6G and Ly6C surface markers. PMN-MDSC are CD11b+Ly6Ghigh cells whereas the M-MDSC CD11b+Ly6C high cells.
