Hi Chen ye . Freezing fixed cells is not a good idea. They should be fine in the fixative for weeks at 4oC. Stain them just prior to use.

you can prepare cytospots of your fixed cells (50000 cells/500µl) and freeze the slides at -20°C in a box with silicagel... You can store them for a few weeks. After thawing, use a PapPen to circle the spots. Then you can stain direktly on the slides... Best regards, Constanze
