I've been struggling for a long time now trying to find the perfect combination of surface coating (collagen or poly lysine or laminin or combinations of the 3), trying multiple fixation times, temperatures, and increasing concentrations of formaldehyde and I just can't seem to get these cells to fix in a uniform matter.

I'm loosing 20-80% of my cells when I fix depending on how differentiated they are (DRC NGF = different % of differentiation). The more differentiated cells are fixing well but its the cells treated with less NGF of my controls that I am having issues fixing.

I would appreciate any suggestions as to how to keep these little buggers in my wells. However, please do not suggest to be more gentle with them.. I couldn't if i tried.
