This is the first time that I have made EB by hanging drop method. Its been 5 days that i have transferred them to a non tissue culture treated plate, uptill now they are not growing in size.. i feel so. There are 2 problems that I am facing, firstly there is lot of debris how do I proceed with them?? and secondly how should i proceed with EB ahead. Fixing?? on to a coated well or non coated... plz help.
