You do not need to call both vcvarsall.bat and ifortvars.bat, because ifortvars.bat calls vcvarsall.bat inside.
May be the source of problem is that you use work folder with space symbol: "abaqus works". Rename it (for example "AbaqusWork") and change work folder in all Abaqus shortcuts.
Cool! After trying a lot of changes, I installed version 6.14-1（abaqus） and I succeeded.Thank you all the people.I hope my approach can also help more people.
Just a hint for others that may have similar issues, the verify.log file contains useful information about kind of errors you have faced during linking Abaqus with Fortran. Check which batch file your machine needs and only call those ones during the linking process.
