I want to run rt PCR on MyiQ single color RT PCR & ICycler but always failed, the pop up text said the bias optimization failed. I already tried to use it as conventional pcr and it worked well, I just can't start the pcr with the real time software. I attach the pop up box bellow. Does anyone know how to fix this troubleshoot? Thank you
I would phone/email Bio Rad tech support and ask them.It could be that your lamp is failing as the pcr part of the machine is working for you
Probably not something you can fix yourself unless you have the set of standards that are used to calibrate the machine.
