Im trying to do electroporation transformation on Agrobacterium GV33101 using electroPen but following the protocol from standard agrobacterium electroporation (with electroporator machine) and haven't got any successful transformed colony. (I've done succesful transformation using electroPen but in E.coli)
In the competent cells preparation I'm Using 10% glycerol wash step, I didnt snap freeze them, but I'm using it fresh the same day for transformation.
does anyone has done electroPen on agrobac? Do you think using TSS buffer could help? Or do i need to snap freeze them first? Thank you
