Can we get the information about flow separation using contours/plots/iso surfaces etc from ANSYS Fluent ?
I understand how flow separation happens and i am interested in finding it out using commercial software like Fluent ?

Separation happens because of pressure difference and causes very low velocity which will result in vortices. If you look at velocity and vorticities using a contour plot over the geometry, you will see it.
I suggest writing your CFD questions in Cfd-online.com at forum Fluent. There will be very helpful people who will give you advices for free.

you can visualize flow separation in different ways. Without knowing your specific application, I would suggest you to to analyse velocity vectors in the region where you expect flow separation for a qualitative assessment. If flow separation is there, you can carry out a more in depth analysis to evaluate the location of detachment and reattachment points and other parameters of interest.
