The weighted average is known as the consensus value in inter laboratory comparisons. We never calculate the p value for a consensus value. Instead, we calculate the standard uncertainty.

I think I may be understanding your question, because if I am understanding it correctly it would have been covered in your high school (or equivalent) stats. If you have a z score, use a z table, or the appropriate function that exists in every stats package. If this really what you are asking or have a missed something.

I have collected few literatures, where the relationship between a specific independent and dependent variables are reported as Pearson correlation coefficient. From these studies I have calculated he population effect sizes (True effect sizes) were estimated for the study variables (independent and dependent variables). Now I need to know level of significance of true effect size and also Z score for the same.

This would be in undergraduate textbooks, so you might check with folks where you are, but if you want to make Fisher's z you can use (I'll do this in R since it is freeware so you can use it)
