Is there are some kind of chemicals in liquid or powder forms which could be use to extinguish large amount of fire at initial stages?
i am working on fire fighting drone for safe city project.Kindly guide me.

In general sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, bromochloro difluoro methane, bromo triflouoro methane and hydrofluorocarbons were used as fire extinguisher.

You could start by checking what powder-based fire extinguishers contain, or foam-based if you want to go for liquid. Wikipedia even lists a bunch of them: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fire_extinguisher#Dry_chemical
Which to pick depends on the type of fires you typically want to combat (foams work by preventing oxygen transfer to the fire, dry powders by inhibiting the combustion reaction. 1000-1500 degree C-metal fires require different powders than organic fires.)
