How to express GOI in pESc-His vector,with Gal promoter? Did lysis by NaOH+LiAc method, no protein band. How to proceed?

Currently trying to express protein in S.cerevisaie,peSc-His vector which has Gal promoter for induction.Did expression on enriched YPD/YPG media,suggested SD/SG media and addition of 1%galactose was fed to supplement and grown for 48hrs but no protein. Even did lysis by NaOH and LiAc method, yet no protein band was seen in SDS-PAGE. Can someone suggest any alternative method,parameter change or additives that can bring protein expression?
