How to export or convert a mesh in Fluent to work in Abaqus?

I'm using Abaqus to make a co-simulation s and Fluent to mesh the fluid domain (because it is too complex to do in Abaqus). Now I have some problems to export the mesh from Fluent into Abaqus CFD. Does it exists a way or a converter? thanks a lot
