Hello, you can use mestre nova or some other NMR analyzing software it will automatically assign the J constants, but you can mention that this triplet is irregular, because of the nonhomogeneous magnetic field that affects the spin, or you can asign it as a multiplet, for this reason

If you are expecting clean triplet, than you can say that you obtained irregular triplet due to nonhomogeneous filed, however this is often case when your proton is coupled with two other protons that are not completely magnetically equivalent, or chemically equivalent, i.e. they are diastereotopic for example, than you have to mention both of the J constants, and as Mr Blasko said, that can be considered as doublet of doublets overlapping

Multiplet skewing (leaning) is an effect that can sometimes be used to link interacting multiplets. There is a tendency for the outermost lines of a multiplet to have nonequivalent heights. For instance, in a triplet, line 3 (the right split) may be slightly taller than line 1 (left split), causing the multiplet to “lean.” When this happens, the taller peak is usually in the direction of the proton or group of protons causing the splitting. This second group of protons leans toward the first one in the same fashion.
