Hello dear scientific community!

Usually XRR patterns which I saw in papers presents range since 2theta>0,1degree and they starts with plateau where we can determine a critical angle.

But often I also saw patterns in range from 0 degree and sometimes it is observed additional peak before main plateau (below 0.1 degree). They could be as a peak or just decreasing right shoulder.

Please could you help to explain this and should we avoid this phenomena?

Thank you!
