I want to enter the temperature dependent mechanical properties of two different materials using UMAT subroutine. Can anyone suggest the code?.
This to call the CMNAME in the UEXPAN subroutine so that I can give the phase transformation subroutine to two different material.

As Ravindra singh Chahar suggested USDFLD might be an alternative for what you are trying to do.
If still you need to write a UMAT keep in mind that as soon as you define a material property as a function of temperature, for example modulus of elasticity, then you will have to define the appropriate constitutive relations that result in the calculation of stress (this must be one of the outputs of UMAT) as well as the material Jacobian, than for a simple case of a non-thermomechanically coupled response would require the calculation of the partial derivative of stress with respect to the total/overall strain. If the behavior is coupled, the you will need to provide the partial derivative of stress with respect to the temperature, as well as the respective partial derivatives of heat flux with respect to the strain and the temperature. So, overall as soon as you define your constitutive relations the next step would be to calculate the required output of the UMAT.

You can make stress depending on the temperature in this subroutine. A well-known example of this behavior is Johnson-Cook's model. You need to implement this dependency in your subroutine in your relationships. An example of this subroutine is shown in the following training package workshop.
