you can still use same calibrated parameters of already built model, but you need to add the more current land use map (raster) and develop the model from the beginning.

+ You can update the Land Use file by using a program called LUP SWAT’s land use update program (lup.dat). In ArcSWAT program go to Edit SWAT input >> Watershed data>> Land Use Update (.LUP).. more importantly see the following discussion on RG: https://www.researchgate.net/post/How_can_i_use_SWATs_land_use_update_routines_lupdat

+ Otherwise, you have to delineate the HRUs with help of the new land use data keeping all other input files constant and run simulation again.
