1. All cell zones in Fluent may be automatically set to Fluid.
2. Inflation created stairstep mesh at some locations (regarding this problem I saw in some other platforms that it could be ignored if I have a minimum orthogonal mesh quality of 0.1, however I would like to solve this problem).
This is a case worked in Ansys fluent.
First of all these are just warnings not error messages. So u can continue and try to solve this case first and then estimate the results quality.
If you define all your cell zones as fluid the first warning will disappear.
I am not familiar with stairs temp mesh however you may need to lower your inflation rates to below 20% that may help. Here the setting may be shown as 1.2.

El detalle es que en la consola de mi simulación está apareciendo este mensaje (el cual se puede apreciar en la imagen anexada "temperatura limitada"), con el cual anteriormente había lidiado y había logrado resolverlo adicionando "Infation" a una parte de la malla.
Mas ahora no se exactamente si ese mensaje aparece por causa del mallado o un problema en la configuración, y si eso afecta mi simulación.
It seems this is affected by your model geometry, such as acute angle. I think you should repair the geometry

I performed a mesh refinement in the area indicated in the message, still the message continued to appear. In addition to that, I forgot to place another message that appeared on the console which said "Turbulent viscosity limited to viscosity ratio", for which I reduced the sub relaxation times of "Turbulent kinetic energy", "Turbulent dissipation rate" and "Turbulent viscosity". By reducing these values I got all the messages to disappear.
But I don't know to what extent this reduction of the sub-relaxation times is correct.
The main reason would be the turbulent flow with very coarse mesh. You should refine the mesh. Also, set suitable parameters for inlet boundary conditions.
