I am currently working on a project Organ-on-a-chip for my dissertation, and we are using PCL membranes to culture MCF12A breast cells. However, I wanted to add RGD to increase cell adherence to the membrane, but I cannot seem to find any paper with a technique or protocol to do so? Does anyone have that time of information?

Dear Luana,
to embed RGD in a polymer, the polymer should have pendant groups which unfortunately are not available in the structure of some polymers like PCL. To overcome this, you have to functionalize the PCL itself with functional groups (most commonly carboxylic groups) before embedding the RGD.
