For example, when analyzing sediment elements, there will be a relationship between depth and element content, age and element content. Draw two graphs separately with same X-axis but different Y-axis (one in the left side, another in the right side). Then superimpose these two. Don't show the axis line for one. This will work fine.
Add new X-Y axis (left, above), and draw a new figure as a new layer, then export the two layers (see the attachment).

In this figure, the important thing is not the double Y axis, but one of the Y axis is not equidistant. X is related to Y1 (left), X is related to Y2 (right), and Y1 (left) is related to Y2 (right). For example, X is the mercury concentration, Y1 is the depth, Y2 is the age, Y1 or Y2 may not be equidistant in the figure.

As you told earlier, X is related to Y1, & X is related to Y2. Obviously, you will get two plots, won't you?
Again if Y1 & Y2 are related to each other, it is not clear. You can then plot another graph to show their relationship.
