Alternatively, you can use PubChemPy module for Python if you know this programming language. The documentation for this module:

You can come up with something like:

You can add other available properties, other than smiles, such as molecular weight or chemical formula.

It's better to check for NF values in output Excel file with this code, as well as check that names are identified correctly by comparing with IUPAC names, because sometimes (very rarely) first result of the search is not the right compound.
