Nowadays, stability of perovskite solar cells is the most important problem before its commercialization. I want to do the stability test of perovskite solar cell recently. Could you give me some suggestions? Is there any standard for stability test?
e.g., environmental conditions, facilities, light source....
You could measure the I-V curve for your test Perovskite cells immediately after manufacture and at various intervals (e.g every half day) after light soaking under standard test conditions (1000W/m2, 25oC, AM1.5) using commercial (or bespoke) solar simulator. Then calculate the efficiency for each measurement and plot it as a function of time...do this for each cell you manufacture (for reasonable statistics) and especially when you alter any of the process steps to look for improvements in stability!

The most important parameter that you have to monitor with time is the solar cell conversion efficiency. You can use enviromental test chamber to set the operating conditions of the solar cells. As the perovskite solar cells are similar to organic solar cells, I would suggest that you follow customize the stability tests and test procedures given in details for the organic solar cells in the paper: Consensus stability testing protocols for organic photovoltaic materials and device. For standard for stability test, you may be refer to SEMI PV76. Before stability test, I think the emerging PV, DSSC, PSC, ..., have the capacity effect and hysteresis effect. Therefore, I-V of the device show forward/backward can't overlap.If you want to improve accuracy under I-V measurement, some test method can refer from

You should measure the J-V data of your cells in different times in the atmospherics and dark condition and measuring their performance in 1 sun illumination for almost 1000 h or aging them according to the accelerated tests by exposing your device in high humidity and high temperature in shorter time. The performance of your device should decrease lower than 10% of initial one.
