Hello,

I did a SRB assay to analyse the cytotoxicity of three plant extracts. For that I used 6 concentrations (5 + the control) for each plant extract. I did this assay twice and each concentration in triplicate in the plates. the time frame was 24hours and 48 hours.

I am having trouble figuring out which test to use and how to do it. Should I use ANOVA? and if so how should I display the data in SPSS? this is the first time I am doing this assay and am completely confused.

I would really appreciate some help.
