mcherry-GFP-LC3 adenovirus was transfected into h9c2 cells and treated with doxorubicin to see mitophagy flux. However, doxorubicin accumulates in the nucleus, looks red, and staining with dapi is useless.. How do I analyze the dots except for this? If you look at the papers, the images represented are shown in the red color of doxorubicin.
