I am following this recipe for PBABr synthesis. I added HBr (48 wt % in H2O) to Methanol and PBA solution at 0 degrees celsius. But after 2 hours of stirring I am not able to see precipitates. I have to evaporate the solution at 50 degrees celsius to obtain precpitates, I did that and still did not see any precipitates. Please help me with this. Thanks in advance!

Dear Jitesh Pandya I assume that you PBABr is quite soluble in water (from the HBr solution) and methanol. What I would suggest is to evaporate the solution to dryness and dry the residue under vacuum. Since you don't have any by-products, this procedure should give you a pure product right away. If the residue tends to be oily, you can triturate (stir) it with diethyl ether to get a solid material which you can then dry under vacuum.
In the attached reference the PBABr was obtained from a commercial source.
P.S. I would suggest to explain the abbreviation PBABr in your question to get more qualified answers.
