Hi all, perhaps a fairly basic question: I am trying to examine the relationship ( and relative strengths) of several factors (latent variables) on a dependent variable ( categorical - having 4 groups). I am more interested in the relative predictive power of each factor for all the four groups. How can I run a regression of latent variables? Will it be in software like AMOS or SMART PLS-SEM? Similarly, how can I run MDFA with latent IDVs and DV Categorical?

Also, I am interested to compare the results between two groups ( i.e between Male and Female). Any input will be appreciated.
