I have done modal analysis in ANSYS APDL. Some warning is coming after finish the coupling part. Getting some sort of error in the value of results summary. But i have done the same model in ANSYS workbench, the frequency range is coming correctly. Due to this problem in ANSYS APDL, i cannot able to do harmonic analysis for the model to get the frequency response.
Kindly tell me your suggestions regarding that.
This error only refers to the relationship between nodes of the mesh and your underlying geometry. But the results of the modal analysis are unaffected by this.
Did you get the same modal frequencies in Workbench and APDL? If so, everything is fine.
Thanks for your response Sven Rechenberger sir. But, in the attached image here, i am getting different frequency range in ANSYS workbench and APDL. The frequency range obtained in the WB is correct range. But in APDL totally wrong. Eventhough, i assumed same material properties, boundary conditions, and structure. Frequency values are wrong in the ANSYS APDL. Especially for this type of structure, not coming correctly. But for other simple cantilever structure, APDL gives correct values with Workbench. Kindly help me sir
The results are very different indeed. Are you sure you are using the same unit system in both models? I strongly recommend adopting the MKS unit system for all analysis work. An overview of the MKS system can be found here:

I'd first of all check that the units are correct in both models. Then you need to investigate the mode shapes in both models. If your APDL model was generated as an input file from a Workbench model, than the model will include weak springs. The very low modal frequencies you are finding may be the mere results of these boundary conditions. Change the number of modes calculated in APDL as well as Workbench to say 40 and compare the results then.
