Hey guys! I am wondering if you have a perfect way to dissolve matrigel completely? I was trying to release organoid and want to select aorganoids that were smaller than 40 um. I tried put the plates on ice first for 5 min and collected by washing with cold Pbs, and centrifuged at 1100 g for 5 min at 4 'C. But cannot get organoids selected. Anyone knows how to remove matrigels? Thank you!
