I am facing issues related to dissolving Dacarbazine pure drug in water, ethanol, methanol, and DMSO. The Dacarbazine drug particles are settling at the bottom instead of dissolving in above mentioned solvents. Are there any possibile ways to dissolve Dacarbazine.

It is mentioned here that preparing a solution in DMSO requires warming to 50 °C in a water bath. You may also consider short sonication in an ultrasound cleaning bath to obtain clear solutions.
