have you already tried to solve it in water (1mg/ml)? 

Maybe the industry that sold you the bradykinin can answer the rest of your questions  ;)

Just like Julia Schmidt was mentioning I'd try to dissolve in ultra pure water. this work up to 2mg/ml, but not more. to protect the cells you can dilute it in physiol. buffer ph 7,4 afterwards. If it does not dissolve add some alkaline solution carefully drop by drop, but just if you have the opportunity to neutralize it with further dilutions.

Dissolved bradykinin is not stable and should not be refriged or deep frozen, it's better to prepare freshly.

Dear Mariya,

Best luck with your project as well. You should dilute the bradykinin in cell-culture media if you take the last step prior to adding it to your endothelial cells.
