How to dilute ethylene gas (1%) to make ethylene standard curve in GC?

I have an ethylene gas (1%) cylinder balanced with Nitrogen. Cylinder volume is 1.55 L. I want to make a standard curve with very low concentration of ethylene, in nano litres. How do I dilute the gas to reach this concentration?
