Hi Ashish,

it depends on what type of isomers are you dealing with. If you are dealing with enantiomers there will be no difference in MS or NMR specter. The difference comes from HPLC column. If you are using chiral column you may get 2 distinct peeks that are identified as the same compound. These are your isomers. Non chiral wont have this distinction.

With MS alone you cant differentiate isomers. You would need separation by HPLC.
