Is there any method except atomic absorption spectroscopy to determine the concentration of copper oxide (CuO) nanoparticles in solution?
Please look at the following below links which may help you in your analysis:

You can follow the kinetics of the CuO nanoparticles formation using UV -Vis spectroscopy on developing calibration curve.
You can use either UV-Vis spectroscopy or ICP.
You can analyze the Cu concentration by ICP and calculate CuO concentration. You can also use X-Ray Florescent (XRF) for analyzing the CuO in your solution.
