Thnx for your concern.

But as much i know Nitric oxide is for antioxibant activity and not for anti-inflammatory activity.

I have doubt regarding anti inflammatory activity.Even the control is showing absorbance greater than 1. So i have doubt whether can I dilute it suitably to get absorbance below 1? Will there be any change in activity if i dilute and take the raeding?
