I am performing snake venom fractionation using Reverse-phase HPLC. It generates multiple peaks with different area under the curve. Since I'll be analyzing multiple chromatograms at different wavelengths, I wanted to automate the process. I am using Shimadzu HPLC which uses LabSolutions to generate chromatograms. I can export data in .lcd or ascii(.txt) formats. I want to know if there are any packages that can parse these extensions and provide peaks and peak areas for the same. I searched on Google and it suggested chromConverter by Ethan Bass but that is not applicable to Shimadzu Ascii files.
