A group of mice were immunized with recombinant antigens. After six months of immunological studies (ELISA, FACS) all the mice were sacrificed and the respective slpeens were collected and stored. Is there any easy andd convenient proceedure to detect T-lymphocyte population specific to particular antigens? Dear researches I sought some suggestions in this regard. Thanks I n advance.

I have to add something on Yi Wan's answer.
You can use affinity magnetic beads, but Absolute Mag™ Anti-Mouse CD19 Magnetic Particles would not helpful as CD19 is considered to be the marker of B cells, not T cells. Since you want to isolate activated and proliferated T cells, you can use Absolute Mag™ Anti-Human CD25 Magnetic Particles, as CD25 is the marker of activated T cells.
Unlike B cells, antigen specific T cells are difficult to get as many TCRs bind to the same antigen and many antigen peptides can bind to same TCR. B cell sorting is much easier as the B cell activation is relatively simple and they are highly specific for an antigen. Therefore, alternatively, you can use FACS using CD4+ or CD8+ to select CD4 or CD8 positive T cells as per your need, and using any of the activated T cell marker (CD69, CD71 and CD25 ) to taper your population towards more specificity.
