How to deposit M-O/MgO and Fe-O/MgO interface in MFe2O4?MgO thin film?

Please help me regarding thin film.

I am planning to deposit MFe2O4 spinel ferrite on MgO. Is It possible to deposit M-O/MgO interface and Fe-O/Mgo interface by PLD?. If it not possible, any other method are possible?
